I'm back to weekly reviews of workouts without a specific goal race to train for! This will probably be the case until around July or so. This week was meant to be mostly recovery from the Rock and Roll DC Half so I took the beginning of the week easy.
Monday - rest day
Tuesday- rest day
Wednesday - DDP yoga
Thursday - rest day
Friday - Elliptical
Saturday - Aerial yoga
Sunday - volunteering and running at the MCRRC Piece of Cake 5k/10k (I did the 5k)
So only one day of running this week but I'm hoping to get back to it more this week. I hope all of you had great weeks!
