Monday - Yoga for runners
Tuesday - 4 tempo miles
Wednesday - Body pump and a warm up on the elliptical
Thursday - Rest Day
Friday - 4 easy paced miles
Saturday - 5.8 miles
Sunday - 7.8 miles
Sunday we also went out with a friend to catch up and watch the Aquaman movie. It was silly and big and dumb but still fun. Which I guess is pretty much what we expected out of it. And that was pretty much it for the week.
I've got today and tomorrow off so that also helps make it a little easier to get my work outs in again this week. Here's the plan for this week.
